Policies and Procedures

Ordering

  • No order is queued until it is paid in full. I do not accept deposits to hold a place in the queue. 

  • Order turnover times vary. If you need your bonnet by a certain date, please let me know ahead of time so I can tell you if the deadline is possible. If you would like to know the current turnover time, please ask. 

  • All turnover estimates are ESTIMATES. Bonnets may come early, or they may be delayed. An estimated turnover is never guaranteed. 

  • If you need a special size or have sizing concerns, I need to be informed BEFORE the order is placed. Once the bonnet is in process, I cannot always change sizing needs. Sizing needs may also impact the availability of colors. 

  • If you do not disclose your need for a size alteration prior to ordering (including but not limited to ear size, ear circumference, drop length, and poll width) I am not responsible for sizing issues on receipt. 

  • The availability of add ons and trims is a first come, first serve basis. I work hard to stock popular choices, and if you would like something else I am happy to hunt for it. This search may be reflected in your turnover time. 

  • There are no refunds. Once an order is placed, I cannot refund for changed minds, dissatisfaction, or incorrect fit. Please discuss any concerns PRIOR to ORDERING. 

  • Orders may not be cancelled once they are placed. There are no refunds. 

  • I do not accept returns. Your bonnet was made for you, according to your specifications. I do not have a retail resale market, I ONLY offer custom work. 

Payment

  • Payment must be received in full before your order will be added to the queue. 

  • I only accept payment via Venmo, Cashapp, or PayPal. If you would like to use PayPal, the goods and services fee will be added to your invoice. 

  • Invoices not completed in 3 days will be cleared. Please complete invoices promptly.

Shipping

  • Bonnets are shipped via USPS. Domestic orders always include a tracking number and ship free. International orders (anywhere outside of the United States) are subjected to an additional charge and do not include tracking numbers. If you do need a tracking number, shipping becomes much more expensive. This is not a decision I make, USPS sets the prices. 

  • There is no local pickup option available at a discount. Shipping is included, whether you elect to go that route or not. Local pickup will be evaluated on a case by case basis. I reserve the right to refuse.
